We want everyone to be able to use Rega1, including people with disabilities. This statement covers the English pages of rega1.co.il (everything under /en).
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We haven't had an independent audit, so we can't claim full conformance.
What we've done
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- Keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- A logical heading structure, and text alternatives for images.
- The page language and reading direction are marked in the code.
- Animations are reduced when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Pages work when you zoom in, and on small screens.
Known limitations
The desert island game runs as a separate app. Some of its parts, such as the character picker and the visual effects, may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We're working on it.
